Salmon Or Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. medium white sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon or 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
    1/2 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
