Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Pour 1/4 cup chicken broth in bottom of casserole bowl.
Cook onions with 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
Melt cheese.
Then mix soups, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
Layer half of chicken, then sprinkle half of crumbled
Doritos on top of chicken.
Then spread half of mixture on top of Doritos.
Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
After baking, sprinkle some Doritos on top.
