Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 graham crackers, rolled fine
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. melted oleo
1 box lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Pet milk
Preparation

Prepare jello and boiling water, let cool.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip Pet milk until it looks like whipped cream.
The milk must be very cold to whip.
Put it in the refrigerator overnight before whipping.
Add jello mixture to the cream cheese mixture and then add it all together to the whipped milk.
Use large pan for the crust and keep refrigerated.
Reserve some of the cracker mixture to sprinkle on top.
