Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red sweet pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix this together well.
    Bake in 4-quart casserole.
    Cover meat loaf with ketchup topping.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
