Easy Linguine With Red Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 medium cloves minced or crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. flour
4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced or chopped clams
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1 3/4 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
uncooked linguine (half 8 oz. box or full)
Preparation

Saute garlic in hot oil in medium saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in juice from clams, parsley, wine, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 2 minutes while stirring. Stir in Prego sauce and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
