Pumpkin Or Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin or squash
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks with pumpkin and milk.
    Mix in flour and sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
