Tater Tots Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 c. milk
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (32 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey and onion.
    Stir together soup, celery and milk.
    Add to meat.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    Divide into two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    On top of each, add 1 1/2 cups cheese and 1 package Tater Tots.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered. Serves 20 people or freeze one pan for later use.
