Hawaii: Luau Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3 c. crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 lb. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Melt margarine and combine with all ingredients, except nutmeg.
Spread into casserole dish and sprinkle on nutmeg.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serve in individual cups or large shells.
