Olive Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 c. green olives with pimientos
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 to 2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Process olives very fine in food processor.
Add low-fat mayonnaise.
Process until smooth.
Add cottage cheese.
Process until smooth.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
