Hot Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) jars processed cheese spread
    1 (30 oz.) can grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 large loaf day-old sandwich bread
Preparation
    Beat cheese spread, Parmesan cheese, butter and egg at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Stir in crumbled bacon, blending well.
    Trim crust from bread; cut into quarters or halves.
    Spread with cheese mixture.
    Top with second piece of bread.
    Spread with cheese mixture.
    Repeat procedure with remaining cheese and bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
