Nancys Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pounds potatoes or 12 medium
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 to 2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash, adding all the ingredients. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika, Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
