Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. hot water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and butter together to a boiling point in an enamel pan.
    Add
    flour
    all
    at once and stir constantly with wooden spoon until
    mixture
    leaves sides of the pan and forms into a big ball
    (about
    1
    minute).\tRemove\tfrom heat; cool thoroughly. Add unbeaten
    eggs,
    one
    at
    a
    time.
    Beat to a smooth paste after each egg is added.
    Then beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
    Drop
    from a spoon on an ungreased baking sheet, forming a ball the size
    of a small orange.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    When
    cool
    fill
    with
    favorite filling: vanilla or chocolate
    pudding, strawberries and cream.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
