Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Boil hot dogs in water until they are cooked.
Dry off hot dogs before dipping into batter.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat the egg, then combine it with the milk.
Add the milk to the dry ingredients, then mix well.
Dip the hot dogs in the batter.
Heat the oil to 375\u00b0.
Cook 1 minute in hot oil or until golden brown.
