Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    Velveeta cheese
    flour
    onion
    salt
    pepper
    margarine
    milk
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch dish with margarine.
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Then make layers of sliced potatoes, sifted flour, chopped onion, thin pats of margarine, strips of Velveeta cheese and salt and pepper.
    Repeat until dish is full.
    Then add 1 cup of milk.
    Cover dish with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
