Spinach Lasagne(7 Grams Of Fat Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    1 box frozen spinach, defrosted
    1 large container low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 box lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients, except sauce, noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread 1/4 of sauce in lasagne pan (9 x 13-inch); top with 1/3 of noodles.
    Spoon on 1/3 of cheese mixture.
    Repeat sauce, noodles and cheese mixture twice more.
    End with sauce.
    Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese on top (I use a little Parmesan cheese).
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours (until noodles are tender).
    Let stand 10 minutes.
