Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted plus extra for buttering pan
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter medium size casserole dish. In a large bowl stir together sugar and flour.
Gradually stir in cheese.
Add drained pineapple and stir.
Pour ingredient into dish.
In another bowl combine cracker crumbs, butter and reserved juice.
Spread mixture on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
