Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion
    1 can old fashioned vegetable soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Place on bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (ungreased).
    Salt and pepper. Form hamburger into balls; place on potatoes.
    Salt and pepper. Dice up one onion and spread on hamburger balls.
    Pour vegetable soup and mushroom soup over casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
