Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. butter (3 sticks)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
6 medium ripe bananas
1/4 c. rum (optional)
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat together butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream, bananas and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
