Kraut-Pork Pinwheels(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine pork, crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
    On a piece of waxed paper, pat meat mixture to a 10 x 7-inch rectangle.
    Combine the sauerkraut and onion; spread evenly over the meat.
    Starting with the narrow side, roll up the meat in a jelly roll fashion.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Arrange bacon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 5 or 6.
