Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 stick oleo
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat sugar, oleo, flour and eggs.
Add pineapple, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
