Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced or cubed potatoes
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, bouillon cube, salt and pepper in cooking pot and simmer 20 minutes.
