Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 small container sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onion until they are transparent but not done.
    Drain.
    In a large bowl, mix sour cream, soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Pour over potatoes and bake 40 to 45 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).
