Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, drained and cut in half
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Thaw and cook the spinach without adding water, about 5 to 8 minutes. Saut onions and artichokes in butter. Add softened cream cheese to spinach and stir well. Add salt, Tabasco, artichoke/onion mix and 1/2 of Parmesan cheese to spinach and stir. Place in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes in preheated 400\u00b0 oven. Serves 6 to 8.
