Spinach Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. frozen, thawed, drained spinach
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
