Creamy Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. butter or margarine
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 to 4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips, Marshmallow Creme and butter; set aside.
    Combine sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate mixture, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
    Add pecans; stir until well blended.
    Spread mixture in a lightly buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
    Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Yields 10 dozen.
