Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag Fiesta Mix frozen vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 small red bell pepper, chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour hot dressing over drained vegetables.
    Cool.
    Add peppers, onion and celery. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Keeps up to 2 weeks.
    Makes 15 to 16 servings.
