Stir-Fry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef strips (thin)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. sherry
    7 oz. Chinese egg noodles or spaghetti, cooked
    3 oz. vegetables, steamed (snow peas, red pepper, baby corn and bean sprouts)
Preparation
    Toss beef strips with flour.
    Add oil to heavy skillet and brown beef well.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and sherry.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add steamed vegetables and cooked Chinese egg noodles or spaghetti.
    Toss with beef and heat through.
    Serves 4.
