Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture and mix.
    Add carrots and pineapple and mix.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured (3 layers) cake pans.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or so until done.
