Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large Bermuda onions
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. croutons
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter or margarine until tender.
    Blend in soup (unheated), milk, croutons and half of Cheddar cheese.
    Put in oven until bubbly.
    Remove from oven.
    Add remaining cheese.
