Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
4 Delicious apples
Preparation

Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Add egg and milk gradually; use mixer and beat until smooth.
Set aside.
Peel and core apples; cut into 1/3-inch slices.
Dip slices into batter; deep fry in vegetable oil at 375\u00b0 until batter is golden brown. Remove; let cool, uncovered.
After fritters have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
