Sweet And Sour Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) turkey thigh
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
Preparation
    Rinse poultry.
    In a 10-inch skillet combine juice concentrate, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
    Bring to boiling.
    Carefully add turkey.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
    Using a slotted spoon and fork transfer turkey to a carving board.
    Remove the thigh bone.
    Slice the meat.
    Cover and keep warm.
