Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked salmon (1 lb. can, pink)
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 medium eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Flake salmon with a fork, removing bones.
    Add eggs, breadcrumbs, butter and parsley.
    Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let cool 15 minutes.
    Turn onto platter and slice carefully.
