Blueberry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. blueberries frozen or fresh
    4 c. water
    2 c. flour
    1 c. honey
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain berries and reserve juices.
    Mash berries, add flour and juice.
    Cook on medium-heat to boiling, add honey.
    Simmer 5 minutes; add dash of lemon juice.
    Remove from heat, will thicken as it cools.
    This will work with any berries.
