Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil (Wesson)
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Mix salad oil, eggs and sugar.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and water.
Combine ingredients.
Add 4 cups chopped apples and 1 cup nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle 1 small package butterscotch morsels on top, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
