Velvet Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; add whipping cream, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead 10 to 12 times.
    Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a biscuit cutter or the mouth of a glass dipped in flour.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet; brush with melted butter and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
