Ingredients

1 c. persimmon mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter in pan; mix persimmon mix, flour, milk, margarine and sugar together.
Beat eggs; put in last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan.
