    1 1/2 c. fresh basil, rinsed
    1/3 to 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 to 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    6 ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    vermicelli
Preparation
    Food process the basil, olive oil and Parmesan cheese about 45 seconds and remove.
    Add tomatoes.
    Mix together with basil mixture.
    Pour over vermicelli cooked al dente.
