Fresh Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. fresh dill
    1 lb. ripe tomatoes, quartered
    1 qt. low sodium or homemade chicken stock
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large saucepan.
    Add onion and saute until transparent.
    Add basil, oregano and dill, heat through.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook until soft, approximately 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan and puree in blender or food processor.
    Return contents to pan with chicken stock and heat for another 30 minutes.
    Taste for seasoning and add pinch of sugar, if necessary.
    May be served hot or cold.
    If cold, garnish with dollop of nonfat yogurt.
