Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar (white or brown)
1/3 c. water
3 tsp. butter or margarine
dash of cinnamon
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Cut lengthwise in thick slices. Arrange in baking dish.
Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
