Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine potatoes, butter, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
