Chicken Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned
    1 can mushrooms (including liquid)
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. cooking sherry wine (optional)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Dip pieces in melted butter (about 1/2 stick).
    Put in pan to brown at 400\u00b0.
    When brown (about 1/2 hour), mix soup, mushrooms, wine and water.
    Pour around chicken (not over it). Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, tightly covered with foil.
    The gravy is delicious served over rice.
    Serves 4.
