Red Oak Fire Department Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 jar chili sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) bottle ketchup (approximately)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Pour off excess grease.
    Put other ingredients in pot and let simmer for at least 1 hour.
