Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Cut meat into small strips.
    Marinate overnight in the seasoning mixture, stirring several times.
    Drain; pat with paper towel.
    Place meat on shallow pan or on rack or hang by toothpicks.
    Place in oven at 140\u00b0 for several hours until meat is dry.
