Seafood Enchilada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. sour cream
2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 pt. yogurt
8 oz. chili salsa
1 lb. crab
tortillas
Preparation

Mix yogurt, sour cream, onion and chili salsa. Pour enchilada sauce in bowl. Fry tortillas in hot oil until soft. Drain. Add sauce to coat. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Add part cream and cheese; repeat. Pour sauce and seafood. Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
