Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 quart fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar (or less)
1/3 c. cornstarch
Preparation

Prepare filling in saucepan.
Combine rhubarb, berries and lemon juice.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Combine sugar and cornstarch, stir into saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Set aside.
