Zucchini Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium squash, cut into small pieces (about 2 c.)
    1 small onion, cut up
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    basil to taste
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, eggs, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese, squash and onion.
    Pour into pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, or until center of pie is dry when pricked with a toothpick.
