Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. reserved roast drippings
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except drippings.
Put drippings in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour mixture over top of drippings.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
Serve with gravy over top of slices.
