All To Myself Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Oreos
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    2 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    Split cookies, keeping filling on one cookie.
    Line muffin pans with foil bake cups.
    Place filling covered cookie in bake cups, filling side up.
    Set aside.
    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs just until well mixed.
    Spoon cream cheese mixture into baking cups.
    Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until set.
    Cool. In a small pan, melt chocolate pieces with shortening.
    Drizzle over baked cheesecakes.
    Cover and chill.
