Green Rice(Yield: 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1-1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. parsley, fresh-chopped
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. season salt
    1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
