Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed (I sometimes use ground round)
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup (Campbell's Healthy Request has less salt and less fat)
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Dredge the meat in flour; brown in very small amount of shortening.
    Add celery and onions with soy sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add meat.
    Mix soup, rice and water; stir well.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
